Do we need to pre-wire?
Not necessarily. We offer both pre-wired systems (best performance, lowest cost) and fully wireless retrofits for builds where wiring isn’t possible.
What spec levels exist?
Three tiers: Essential (lights, climate, security), Signature (adds media and voice), and Premier (full custom automation). All are fixed-price per level.
Who handles warranty?
We do. Irabelle warranties every system we install for five years, and we deal directly with owners, so warranty issues never land on your site team.
How does white-label work?
The app and dashboards carry your branding, but Irabelle designs, installs and supports everything. Your buyers deal with us, and they're never aware of it.
